As part of the data & insights team, you will analyze the engagement of our trainees and of members of the MP community. You will run research studies related on Million Peacemaker's work to analyze the facilitator process.

As part of the facilitators team you will be trained to be a facilitator and help in the formative process of others. You will also participate in the definition of pedagogic strategies and will discuss how to better the current training. Moreover, you will be responsible for providing training sessions in your local communities.

As part of the youth fundraising team, you will develop the youth strategy to build our funds. As a big part of an NGO's strategy revolves around these funds, you will have a central role to make the organization grow. You will also have an integral role in organizing fundraising events.

As part of the marketing team you will be responsible for designing the new social media strategies and revamping the Instagram account of Million Peacemakers. You will also be in charge of designing the branding template and branding manual for Million Peacemakers. Moreover, you will create social media content to increase the presence of Million Peacemakers online.

As part of the partnerships team you will have to identify possible partners to work with, especially youth-led and youth-centered organizations, community centers, educational institutions, government bodies working with youth, youth-led enterprises, etc. You will also be responsible for creating strategies to approach individuals and organizations that are interested in addressing young conflict resolution.

As part of the project management team, you will be responsible for coming up with new project ideas and then developing them. You will oversee the whole strategy of it; hence you need to be a good planner. Some projects that we already have in mind are working with schools to include some Nonflict clubs. We are also working on a “making it stick” program which aims to bolster the training people already receive.

As part of the technology team you will be working on the technical build of the website and all of things related to the technological side of Million Peacemakers, including Artificial Intelligence and Avatars.
