Facilitators

You will be trained to be a facilitator and help in the formative process of others. You will also participate in the definition of pedagogic strategies and will discuss how to better the current training. Moreover, you will be responsible for providing training sessions in your local communities. Overall, if you have a coaching/training/education background, we invite you to apply to this team.

1. Purpose Statement that helps define:

   1. what (To) the team is about: Train youth facilitators for a youth perspective but also have them help find strategic partners for adult facilitators - they will be matched with a facilitator and will help them - this will also serve as a mentorship experience

   2. how( In A Way That) the work will be done: training, and mentorship

   3. why (So That) we are doing the work: For the youth to become strong facilitators and for them to help MP move forward (more trainings)
