Project Management
As part of the project management team, you will be responsible for coming up with new project ideas and then developing them. You will oversee the whole strategy of it; hence you need to be a good planner. Some projects that we already have in mind are working with schools to include some Nonflict clubs. We are also working on a “making it stick” program which aims to bolster the training people already receive. Overall, if you have an event creation background or if you study a field related to management, we encourage you to apply to this position.
Purpose Statement that helps define:
what (To) the team is about: To implement different projects and help with the strategy of the youth initiative. Projects include the “making it stick”, maybe some “tedtalks”, and etc.
how( In A Way That) the work will be done: With different leaders for different projects and with the help of the MP board
why (So That) we are doing the work: so that youth-led projects can take light, and that we will have concrete initiatives to present
